Motel 6 Manteca, CA

Motel 6 in Manteca is probably a sub par motel with inadequate rooms & for the most part everything in them. However the second story of the motel has more decent rooms and the things in them work correctly ie; air conditioner/heater, refrigerator, showers, tv & remotes. All in all the price for the rooms definitely is much higher than the rooms are worth , one night I spent $273.00 for a standard room. Overall motel 6 in Manteca is probably one of the tru valley’s biggest burn.

Stay away from rm 130!!! We were given room 130 which must be the worst room there. There was no mirror in the entire room. No refrigerator or microwave like I requested as I had 2 small children with me. The room door looked as if it had been kicked in previously and the bathroom door stuck so bad I started to have a panic attack because I couldn't get out. There was barely any water pressure. You couldn't flush the toilet and take a shower at the same time. I've stayed there before BUT never in that room and never will I again!!! The internet didn't work most of the time and the cable went out 2 separate occasions for a few hours both times!!!

Everything was fine n clean but the bathtub had no stopper and tape over the overflow so I couldn't take a bath. TV went out for about a day. Otherwise everything is fine.

Upon arriving to the property we noticed 2 dilapitated RVs parked directly across from the room we were assigned. The RVs looked like they hadn't moved in a few years, and had missing registration tags. The occupents of the RVs were shady and made us feel extremely uncomfortable, unfortunately we had no other option but to stay.. The room floor was sticky, the vent in the bathroom has likely never been cleaned, The tv remote had sticky gunk all over it. It was not a pleasant experience.

The room is very nice and very clean. A very nice hotel
