"Overall good hotel, but the hotel is not changing the bed sheets for to days, which could be acceptable, but changing towels every 2 days is questionable. You have to call the reception to get fresh towel, which was ok and quick. Understand the environment related arguments or other excuses, but this is not really something, I am used to. Feels like self service hotel, not really my thing especially at a hotel like Dorinth."

"I had a great time. Probably one of the best hotel experiences in Germany, because this hotel is located just between Heidelberg and Mannheim! So easy to access both of them!! So I did the first day I looked around Heidelberg and the second day Mannheim and near Frankfurt!! Also the hotel's amenities and cleanliness is perfect!!! I will definitely stay again"

"The location right next to the train tracks is both a plus and a downside, as it's very noisy and not exactly a pleasant area. Otherwise, the 21m² studio was very well-equipped with a small but complete kitchen (even a small dishwasher), a bed, a table, and a bathroom. For what it is, the price is quite high, but it was impossible to find this type of accommodation around Heidelberg at that time of year, and what was available was even more expensive. So it perfectly met our needs during the two weeks we desperately needed a place for my university son before he could move into his student apartment. It offered independent check-in and check-out, weekly cleaning service, pay-per-use laundromats in the building, and supermarkets nearby. Recommended for short stays (for the price), especially if you plan to travel by train from Mannheim."

"I was very pleasantly surprised and can highly recommend this hotel! The location is perfect, as the city tram stops right outside, and you can reach any destination from the hotel in no time. The hotel staff is amazing and incredibly understanding and empathetic, making you feel completely at ease. For that, they deserve a huge thank you and heartfelt praise from me 🙏🏻. I'm usually incredibly picky and generally avoid all people and staff, but in this hotel, you feel genuine warmth, and even more rare is the personality that radiates and is represented there. "Basic but acceptable. The automated check-in process is a bit confusing if you book via Trip.com rather than B&B's own app. Rooms are fine, if a bit uninspiring, no tea or coffee making facilities but you get what you pay for. We arrived late, stayed one night and didn't have breakfast, so didn't interact with staff, but that's fine. Can't complain for the price. Have used B&B before and probably would again."

"This is my 2nd stay at the hotel, since once again I had to stay in the area and my choice was simple: I would just stay at the Holiday Inn in Mannheim again. The location is perfect. I even managed to get to spend an afternoon in Heidelberg since the train station is just in front of the hotel. And again I was not disappointed at all, friendly, clean, good internet connection and quiet (yes, it is just behind the station, but one cannot hear a thing from there, at the same time turn into a train spotter ;) I recommend the hotel."
