"We are a family of 4 with 2 kids. The room has everything we need. The windows have really good blackout blinds and curtains. We booked the suite which has 1 queen bed and a sofa bed but they setup the sofa bed to fit both our kids in it already when we arrived. Everything was clean! No human contact, checkin/checkout are all online so I suggest to check in the day before and read the instructions and everything will go smoothly. The area is pretty busy so don’t expect to get a free of charge parking space. The area is very convenient for food, groceries and shopping."

"All good. Solid 4* hotel. Nothing fancy, personally I don’t like carpets in hotel rooms (cleanliness..) but it didn’t appear dirty, just a general sentiment. Bathroom is large and modern, full points. Double bed is actually two mattresses, were comfortable. Overall, the room is 4* Where the hotel definitely fulfills the Superior rating is the breakfast buffet. It was very good on Saturday and excellent on Sunday. Absolutely worth the money. Overall, once the trams will run the regular route again, the location will be better again, currently it’s a bit troublesome to get there from the mainstation. Would consider it again for another stay, absolutely."

"The room has a kitchenette, microwave, and refrigerator, and is fully equipped with cooking utensils and dishes, making it very convenient. Although I don't speak German or English, the hotel handled my questions and requests via WhatsApp in Japanese, and their response was quick and courteous. The only downsides are that the room is cleaned only once a week and the shower pressure is low, but even taking that into account, it's a very comfortable stay."
