Peppers Manly Beach

We stayed here for one night during our honeymoon and wished we had planned to stay longer! We stayed in a suite with a balcony and beach view. The location was excellent, the room was beautiful and very clean, and the staff was very friendly. Our room even had a washer and dryer, wish was a nice bonus. They also gave us a bottle of wine and chocolates as a honeymoon gift. We loved exploring Manly beach and hope to come back and stay at Peppers again. Would highly recommend!

Stayed recently with some friends for my 50th birthday, booked 2 rooms. 1 room was the Studio with Ocean view (fantastic can't fault) and The Fairy Bower Suite. On arrival (2pm) room was not ready and had to wait for them to call to let me know when room was ready. As 3pm past, I had to call to ask if the suite was ready, they then had to call back as they were unsure ! 5 mins later said room was ready. On entering the room and view was breath taking, we all went out for dinner and had a great night in Manly. On returning to room the master bedroom was infested with little flying bugs all over the bathroom, every wall, roof, side lamps, over the bed. It looked like something had hatched in the drains and resulted in 1000's of little bugs everywhere. We were unable to sleep in this room and had to sleep on the sofa bed !!!! Unexpectable !!!!! On check-out, I spoke to reception and they said that they were aware of the bug problem and were treating it!!!!! This room should NOT be rented out until this problem is fixed. I have email the hotel with still yet NO response.

Appartment was very comfortable, well maintained and well furnished. We ate in most nights, cooking facilities were excellent. Best of all location right next to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Excellent service.

We have stayed here many times over the years and our favourite places to stay in Manly. We had a deluxe studio room on the second floor with fantastic ocean views. Apartment had a washer and dryer which was handy. There is a kitchenette with a microwave only, so cooking not really possible. On the balcony we had a very friendly cockatoo that visited us and was only inches away from us. Staff were a real bonus and nothing was too much trouble for them. I'm sure we will be back soon.

This review is about the restaurant that is located to the right of the reception. This was our first time so we like the set up and the atmosphere and decided to order our meals. I ordered their Sri Lankan curry and not sure what my wife ordered. We were both most satisfied with the meals, its flavours, proportions and above all value . We will definitely go back there because the location is brilliant, accommodation is great and me being the foody that I am, it totally exceeded my expectations. LOVED IT
