A bunch of cockroaches crawling around the room. Dead ones are everywhere in the corridor. It is simply impossible to check in with children. The payment was not returned, trip com took the position of the hotel, which believed that the darkness of cockroaches is not a reason to return the money at a non-refundable rate.

Just for improvement , I hope there toileteries supplies will be defend on how many days it was book.(like soap so small in size ,not even last for 1 day & toothpaste too)
I hope got bathroom floor mat...the floor wet after shower... one day can cause accident to your guest(I hope not).
Thank you for your free breakfast on our last day(4rt) of booking(Rice,omelette & coffee) .

They cause problems with your reservations here because it's a 4-star hotel. You go to your room late and they make you wait a long time. This is not a 4-star hotel, just so you know.😡😡😡😡

there is no parking lot then I thought it's the same as other airbnb or hotels where only two families can check out since 10pm I checked out for 2 nights but they charged me an additional 500 each
