We are from Bicol,expectedly we arrived earlier than the check in time.I tried to request for an earlier check in time since my appointment is at 2pm.,but they refused my request thus we came late in our appointment.WE just stayed overnight ,yet at 9 am the following day the electricity was off.But the scheduled check out is 11 am.

I stayed in a room on the 16th floor with a balcony. The location is convenient and the place is generally clean, but unfortunately, there was a noticeable smell in the room and I spotted few small cockroaches. Thankfully, I had brought my own air freshener and disinfectant spray, which helped. Overall, the stay was manageable, but the odor and pests definitely took away from the experience.

the frontliners lacked social skills. they do not know how to talk and approach their customers. they were too busy checking the papers, they were too busy looking at their fones, they forgot to talk to us while we were waiting for 1 hour. the man who should orient us regarding incidental deposit have difficulty discussing it with us, he do not know how to talk properly and explain things to us thus, i was the one confirming the details on the paper to him to make it clearer. the room have bugs and they told us they cleaned it. there were busted lights. the cabinet was intended for TALL people since it was placed higher from the floor. the internet was not functioning during our 1st night they just told us they it had technical difficulty.

Great spot with good amenities. There is a full kitchen where I stayed including a microwave and a fridge. The shower was good including water pressure and temperature. The only downside was using the elevator during morning times or afternoon when classes are out. The only reason for that is it is also commonly used for student accommodation so during busy class hours it can take a while to get an elevator going up or down.

the room was very frustrating. we never knew about that the electric current was prepaid, that's why in the middle of the night while we're sleeping the power cuts off. and there were cockroaches and no tissue available in the bathroom.
