Quality, clean budget friendly, accessible.

Its quite good: room is big (25m2) and good located. But there are some problems to be better: no mirror at toallet; the kitchen has nothing elements to preper anything (no sense); and many noise in the part of hotel next to Taft Aveniu like cars and trains.

The location is perfect because it's just walking distance from my brother's office. Overall room features and amenities are basic and could be improved. Cleanliness and value for money is 4 out of 5.

The space I big

We arrived at the hotel around 9pm since our flight from Cotabato was 6pm. Upon arrival, pinaantay pa kami sa lobby ng matagal Kasi di nila nareserve Yung 3rooms with 2 occupants each na binooked namin which was prepaid online! Sobrang hassle🥺 So ayun 2rooms na Lang binigay sa amin. So far maganda Yung rooms for the cheapest price.

It was a very wonderful stay. Everything is superb.

There are cockroaches Large room size. Good wifi. Deposit - 1000 pesos. And for the first time I was warned that they would check the bed linen after me so that I would not leave stains on it 😂

The good points are cheap, splendid, clean. The bad point is that it is too small and only the bed, there is no table or desk, so you can only eat and drink on the bed. Therefore, if you just want to sleep, I think it's clean enough and good. By the way, this time the staff was noisy and I woke up many times.
