Check in on the 30th of January.Contacted the hotel manager via email until now no reply. Poor and unsanitary condition. The state of the room is completely unacceptable and does not reflect the standards advertised.

It's useless to talk to the cs of trip.com. They make it difficult for us to refund. We didn't get a refund, we didn't even get to the hotel. Because they didn't agree to modify the date of the booking. It's useless.
The cs will say they will call but there is no update. It's useless.
