Whenever I'm in Manila, I always choose GSquare Residences for its excellent location and great customer care. However, my last stay was disappointing.
Pros:
1. Great Location: Conveniently located near key areas.
2. Good Customer Care: Usually excellent service.
Cons:
1. Keycard Issues: The keycard didn't work twice, requiring trips back to the counter.
2. Toilet Problems: The toilet flush was slow, possibly blocked.
3. Noisy Aircon: The air conditioner was very loud, disrupting calls.
4. Slow Connection: The room has slow internet connectivity.
5. Slow Checkout: The room checking process was slow, causing long waits.
I hope these issues are addressed to maintain the hotel's high standards.

The room was clean and nice. However, the water pressure and volume were extremely weak when I turned on the hot water.
