DO NOT CHOOSE THE DELUXE ROOM WITH QUEEN SIZE BED BECAUSE IT DOES NOT EXIST. The bed was clean but not queen sized as opposed to what was advertised. I talked with the reception and plus one person but they said they don't have queen sized for that room. They didn't apologize at all and did nothing even when I showed them that the booking confirmed the bed size. They didnt offer anything or even asked what they can do to compensate. Since we're tired we just made do. Tried to complain with customer service already uploaded to see what they will do. They just contacted the hotel said we got a queen sized bed. like WHAT!? I even uploaded twice on the conversation. My gf was 4'11. How was that queen sized? Smh.

Had to switch room because window could not be locked. Very tiny rooms. No moving space. Smelly and dirty rooms.

For me, i want to be thrifty, this hotel is good for LOCATION, HOWEVER THE ROOM SO VERY DISGUSTING 🤮🤮🤮 -if i Turn the aircon to the Fan mode, the MOSQUITO is FLYING in the ROOM -And if i leave the room i have to Buy some Needs And I'll go back to my Room and i TURN ON THE LIGHTS SO MANY SMALL COCKROACH 🪳🪳🪳 on my BED 🤮🤮🤮, DAMN so VERY DISGUSTING and DISAPPOINTED this HOTEL, THIS HOTEL THEY NEED THE MAINTENANCE AND ANTI PEST CONTROL in Once a week, This is a commercial type, I CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, DON'T GO THERE, THE ROOM SO DISGUSTING 🤮🤮🤮

The place was awful but I am happy with Trip because they allow me to cancel free of charge. Please check the picture for reference

Rooms are clean and the receptionist are very accomodating. Not much of amenities but it was diffinetely worth tje price

Room is not cold, seems like ac is no longer working properly Broken pail in the cr. This should already be replaced. Linens are poor, blanket is too thin and should already be replaced. Room is too cramped/small. There is a folding table that can be used for eating but its already too worn out Stairs is too steep, no elevator, very small space/hallway. Wifi did not work the entire stay. Please remove this property from your listing.It ruins your brand. Im having second thoughts in booking a Reddoorz property again because of this experience.

Hotel with young staff. Good feeling The atmosphere is friendly. however, There is still a shortage of power outlet plugs. A distributor should be provided.

It was quite a nice stay. The size of the room was not a problem.

This time the room that we booked— it’s telephone is out of order, the toilet has blockage, the ac in room creates statics, the lower floor creates loud noises. It was not a good experience to us. However, this is the first that this happened to us in this hotel so we just shrugged it off. Suki kasi kami dito sa hotel na ito because of its cheap price yet comforting hotel to stay in that’s why we let it slide. 😆

I couldn’t stay anymore this hotel …I was expecting there is lift 🙃 and the water heater is not working well …🙄

Reasonable price. “Okay” location. Great for overnight stay or short term stay.
