Our experience here was deeply frustrating from start to finish. First, the location is misleadingly secluded, and a nearby hotel with the exact same name caused major Waze confusion—we wasted 20 minutes circling before finding the right spot.
Worse, there’s no elevator, yet we were assigned to the 4th floor—an enormous hassle for anyone with luggage or mobility issues. In the room, the door knob was broken (we had to jiggle it repeatedly to lock/unlock), and the internet was painfully slow. This rendered the “smart TV” useless: Netflix wouldn’t connect, and the cable was so blurred and fuzzy it was unwatchable.
Save yourself the stress—skip booking this hotel entirely.
