Excellent cleanliness. Hotel has minimal amenities bit within a good location. However due to the thyphoon season, the area was flooded

We decided to stay 4 days plus i booked my friends on the other room for 2 days. Checked-in was smooth, I requested them to keep my cakes for my bf incoming birthday and they did what I asked for. Thank you to those staff who assist us during check-in, to those security guard who helped us and big thanks to the housekeeping who's incharged with our room cleanliness. I was disappointed though when it comes to pool, on our last day of stay we decided to try it, we wait for 6am so that we can swim because the opening time is 6am asp. Reception. But, unfortunately we failed. No one inform us that they changed the opening time to 8am. We can't wait till 8 cause we need to check-ot at 12pm since our flight is 4pm. I hope Next time if there's sudden changes please inform ur guest ahead of time. Just a basic standard to follow. And I hope the elevator would be much faster since so many people using the same elevator.
