"The staff was friendly and offered us welcome drink as we arrived. The property is newly opened so it was clean and hygienic. The pool was well maintained and the rooms were good. The bed was comfortable, but often the process facing power issues however the staff eagerly responded and resolved. The property was near the beach and right at the entrance of mandarmoni. We asked to stay in the pool after we checked out and they allowed which was great and we appreciate their gesture. The food was not up to the mark, the quantity was not sufficient for breakfast. There was no breakfast buffet which was a disappointment. We expected buffet breakfast and thali at the restaurant which needs to improve rest the stay was better. If you book directly with them they offer you an additional 10% discount."

"On 18th September, 2025 I ***** with my family visited Hotel Rupkatha at Mandarmoni. I booked two rooms and stayed there for two days on 18th and 19th. Special attraction of the hotel is to view sea just from the premises of the hotel. Sitting on chair in morning and afternoon beauty of the sea enjoyed satisfactorily. Sea beach is just doorstep of the hotel. Rooms of the hotels are nice and beautifully decorated. There are two floors only. Room service is available and staff behaviour are very cordial. Dining room is good and preparation of food are simply excellent. Veg and non veg both are very tasty and palatable. Cleanliness is truly excellent. Manager and other staff always ready to extend their services. It's located at Sonamuhi, Mandarmoni, district Purbo Medinipur, West Bengal. Car parking facility is available. In my view, hotel Rupkatha is an ideal place for spending vacation. Room charges are pocket friendly."

It was clean, stylish, room. Food is one thing for what we would be back again Kudos to the Chef and his team .Local food were great and felt we were having it back in our home .Housekeeping team was excellent and efficient. Great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. NOTE: 1.Pool Attendent & Front Office need to be bit calm and not that rigid .Hospitality industry always don't run on rigid decision. 2.While Allocating rooms FO should keep in mind of Allocating Family rooms on a side and possible of Stag group on another side."

The rooms are spacious and well maintained. the food tastes good and their staff are very well behaved. swimming pool is nice and loud party music around gives major party vibes. overall great experience. would recommend in budget. "⭐ Extremely Poor Management – Not a Family Resort This resort is absolutely not suitable for families, despite being advertised as one. 1. I clearly informed them at the time of booking that I would be staying with my 6-month-old child, yet they still accepted large group bookings who played very loud music till 12 AM. This was never disclosed beforehand. 2. After repeated complaints, the manager admitted that he cannot control or handle the crowd. If that’s the case, what is the role of the management? 3. There was an actual fight between two drunk groups, creating a very unsafe and unpleasant environment. The resort management only prioritizes large groups, not families. It turned our stay into a complete nuisance instead of a peaceful experience. ❌ Strongly NOT recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a calm stay. Think twice before booking."
