Hotel was very conveniently located, a short walk to the train station. Room was excellent and the service was good. For breakfast, you get to select one main course and unlimited portions at the food line. Room service was good as well.

The location is good, just 3 minutes walk from Piccadilly station and many shops and restaurants nearby. The room is small and the one who sleeps inside needs to climb over the bed to come out. The staff are nice, check in and check out were quick. Slippers, toothbruses are available upon request. Shower water is good but no door for the shower room

The staff member who helped me check in didn't provide any information—like check-out time, where to find the lift, or whether breakfast was included. There was no line, yet he simply handed me my room key card without explanation. I'm confused. The location is perfect if you're catching an early morning flight to the airport. It's a 5-minute walk to Manchester Piccadilly station.

The service on reception was excellent could not fault it, the welcome drink was a nice touch, great idea.
The dinner in the restaurant was a bit on the small side and i am not a big eater, i had baked haddock.
Breakfast was amazing choice.
Will definately book again.

Superb location within 5 mins walk to Manchester Piccadilly train station. Also walking distance to most of the spots. I stayed for a night before an early flight at Manchester Airport, and this is a perfect hotel for a short stay to explore the city briefly. The staff also offered me brownies and a glass of special cocktail when I arrived at the hotel.

Good clean hotel. The shower room was spacious and had a strong flowing shower. Decent size room, only negative is that if you are there are two people sharing you cannot work around the bed and have to go over the bed, the rest of the room was a good size.

Very nice and central hotel. Perfect for my short stay with good access to the train station. It was booked for a night and due to it having a gym. The gym was a little lackluster but still more than good enough and very good value opinion.
