I received Birthday Voucher for a Traditional Afternoon Tea experience for 2 at The King Street Townhouse Hotel. The hotel staff were very welcoming on arrival and couldn't be more helpful in explaining what was on offer with the experience. The dining area was very comfortable, with ample room for seating and dining. As far as the actual Tea was concerned, it was very well presented and absolutely delicious. The highlights being the Scones (very light) and the Apple and Custard Tart (an amazing patisserie). The limitless choices of Tea were also wonderful. Thank you all for making the afternoon rather special.

We had such a lovely experience in the spa. KSTH hosted my birthday this year and their service level is always incredible. But the spa completely exceeded already high expectations. It’s aesthetically calming, clean, staff are friendly and it’s very quiet and relaxing. The package we got was incredible value for money and for just £15 extra we had a full dinner. Cannot recommend enough. Hannah

We had an amazing afternoon tea last week at King Street Townhouse. There is so much on offer, as much different teas & coffees as you like, a glass of sparkling wine, delicious finger sandwiches, an apricot scone with jam & plenty of clotted cream & some of the most gorgeous cakes. Will definitely be back again. The service from Olivia and Gabby was also great looking after everyone. Well done.

The rooms are all amazing even the cheaper ones are stunning and can’t be faulted the view is amazing . We absolutely love coming to the hotel the staff are so kind and can’t do enough to make your stay special as can be . Overall I’d give 11 out of 10 there isn’t anything to find fault with .

We booked the ESPA snug (a present) for a Sunday night stay. The wait times between drinks in the bar was a little disappointing (over 2 hours for 2 drinks each), forgotten bar snacks that we ordered and had to chase for the bill. When we were able to check into our room little information was given about how to access the spa, facility usage etc HOWEVER after this initial experience the rest of our stay was lovely! A huge highlight of our trip was the meal that we had, honestly the best steak and chips of our lives! Rigelt our waiter was absolutely fantastic and really made our meal experience. Roof top spa was great. Overall a wonderful stay
