The beds were not comfortable, and when we first arrived, the toilet seat was not properly cleaned. The minibar was always empty—we had to call every time just to get it restocked. There was also a bad smell in the room, and the food did not meet expectations, especially considering the amount of money I paid. For the price, I expected much better service and overall quality. Unfortunately, it did not live up to the standard.

The hotel is new, beautiful, Instagram-friendly It is in a great location. Beautiful large pools. A variety of food, you can eat almost at any time. Dinners in different themes of different cuisines of the world. Well-equipped stylish beach. On the downside, there is a noisy hotel nearby with a club area right in front of the windows. On the first day when we arrived there was music until 1.30 am. We had not slept well the night before because of the flight and wanted to go to bed early. But we could not fall asleep, the music was playing very loudly. When we asked to move to a quieter room, the receptionist said that the hotel was completely full, more rooms were sold than there were and they could not move us. The next day, the receptionist also said that they could not move us - everything was occupied. In addition, not a single pool is heated, although the forecast promised 19 degrees in the coming days. The shows in the hotel are interesting, there is a large screen and huge speakers. But the bass in them plays very loudly, like in a club. My wife is pregnant, it is harmful for her to be in such a noisy place and swim in unheated pools, and we asked to check out of the hotel early, a few days earlier. To move to a quieter hotel with heated pools. At the reception they said that with these issues to contact trip.com. I wrote there, the service immediately got involved in solving the issue. But the hotel did not answer them for 2 days. After which the hotel informed the service that it was denying the request. There are no questions to trip.com, they were in touch all the time and gave compensation from themselves. But there are big questions to the hotel in this regard. Only on the 4th day of stay we were offered an alternative room option, but it turned out to be with a view of the water slide, although we initially paid for a more expensive one with a view of the sea, which turned out to be very noisy. The hotel also refused to compensate the difference in rooms.

Super nice hotel for families and kids. Very nice and friendly staff. The rooms are tidy and are filled with everything you can need :)

A fantastic hotel from start to finish. The food, drinks & service are all outstanding. The hotel has everything you could hope for whether you're a family or a couple holidaying. The adults are taken care of with wonderful adult only areas and so much for the kids to do with their own water parks covering varying ages. The swimming pools have separate areas depending if you'd like an energetic vibe with aerobics classes, water sports or foam parties. A relaxing area who prefer to chill & relax just enjoying the Turkish sunshine. All of course with their own bar areas too. There's so much in offer here that it would would need a long post to cover it. Needless to say we cannot wait to return

We are here now. Check in was smooth, staff are polite and very helpful. It’s very clean, we got a duplex suite for our family of five which was great although did have to request a travel cot for a baby. Downsides are the noise! The constant booming from the dj round the pool is a lot, and on the evenings it’s ridiculous, we sat away but you can’t speak to each other, and the rooms with sea view get full brunt of the noise until the early hours. Not ideal. Just could be dropped down a little

It was amazing family holidays. Everyone from our company get so much attention from the hotel staff. Especially thanks to Kubilay for amazing activities. Very nice SPA. The hotel is very clean, the food is tasty, and cocktails from international alcohol. Big thanks for all staff. 5 of 5 stars.

Staff is excellent, food is also very good, pool large and clean, cocktail bar is very experianced at there job mixing drinks

The hotel and the staff are amazing—very polite and always available 24/7 for the guests! The rooms are spotless, and the entire hotel is extremely clean. The animation team is super friendly, offering activities throughout the entire day. There’s yoga and pool exercises every morning, and entertaining shows in the evening. Highly recommended!

The Maldives are best area for adults. But the hotel has the best kids club for kids. All Foods are nice, rooms are so clean. Personel is very friendly and nice especially guest relation Ayse. Thanks to her. The beach is very long and pools are big also.

We came back for our second visit and it was a blast! All is here we needed for our family, spring vacation. Thou april is a lottery with a weather, but we were lucky to pick wining ticket ☺️ What could be better - more flexibility on heating in a room (we like to have a quality sleep without 25 degrees in a room) - no smoking in balconies and event terraces (you just can’t avoid the smell) - and only on 5th day we managed to achieve to always have cucumber option in our gin tonics, yet we managed

This Lago hotel is the best one. I visited Turkey second time in my live and I really love it. The food is soo good. So many evening shows, good swimming pools, delicious cocktails. Also the beach is good one and nice aqua park with 7-8 tubes. The stuff is really friendly

The food is amazing, very good choice daily. Pure luxury! 3rd time to Turkey but best hotel so far. The duplex room is perfect for our 2 children who have their own space. Beach is perfection abd vety well looked after. We normally go to Dubai but this is just as nice without the huge price tag!
