A terrible and unacceptable experience!
Upon arriving at the hotel to complete check-in, the receptionist (***************) informed us that our reservation was for a non-smoking room and lounge, and that the current available option was a two-bedroom apartment (also non-smoking). She rudely added that they would "give us the apartment, but they will lock one of the rooms"! This was an unprofessional approach that demonstrates a lack of taste and disrespect for guests. Of course, we rejected this behavior, and after escalating the issue, we were given the entire apartment.
But the shock was the level of cleanliness! The apartment was indescribably dirty, and upon entering the bathroom, a foul odor of urine pervaded it. I tried to cover it up with perfume several times, to no avail, only to discover later that the odor had permeated the bathroom walls! The level of filth was unbearable and unbecoming of any hotel, regardless of its classification.
A very bad experience, and I absolutely do not recommend it.
