"The experience I encountered was far below the standards I expect from the Accor Group and was extremely upsetting for my family and me. There was wrong number of guest mentioned in booking, upon arrival at the hotel, the receptionist created a very uncomfortable and embarrassing situation at the check-in counter by insisting that my reservation only included 2 adults and demanding additional payment for the third adult. I booked for 3 adults and 2 kids. When we entered the room, we were shocked to discover that the room appeared to have been previously used and not properly cleaned. The bedsheets were stained, and there were lipstick marks visible on the cups and coasters. The condition of the room was completely unacceptable from a hygiene perspective, especially for a hotel operating under the Accor brand. The housekeeping manager visited the room offered us a complimentary late check-out extension until 4:00 PM instead of the standard 1:00 PM check-out time as compensation for the inconvenience caused. However, the following day at exactly 1:00 PM, the reservation manager called and instructed me to check out immediately. This entire experience demonstrated poor communication between departments, lack of professionalism, and extremely disappointing hospitality standards. I sent an email to Accor customer help desk, but they ignored and responded immediately like nothing happened, that they are disappointed that this happened to me."
