There was also confusion regarding the room presentation, and a room was accidentally opened to guests. Additionally, there was a lack of clarity regarding some promised services, as I was told one thing which later changed. Management did reach out and apologize, but the overall experience was not comfortable and did not reflect the expected level of service for the price."
