The staff at the Onyx Rotana, specifically the Citrine Cafe, are incredibly professional and very pleasant hosts. Shout outs to Wassem, Azeeka, and Nenchuya at the cafe, Shirley behind the gym counter, and the manager, Juvil. This Staff is always smiling, courteous, and accommodating. Additionally, the food and desserts are quite tasty, and the setting very relaxing. Definitely a refuge from the hustle and bustle of Manama. I highly recommend visiting. Two thumbs up!

Outstanding Performance. Beautiful & clean facilities. Supportive & friendly staff. We enjoyed every minute and every facility. Definitely recommend this hotel and can’t wait to visit again. Even though the hotel was busy during check in/out, the staff keep smiling and supporting the guests. We absolutely had an amazing experience. Thanks everyone in ONYX.

We had a wonderful stay very comfortable room. Mahmoud at reception was extremely friendly and made us feel at home. The breakfast was very nice and had a good variety. The sea view room is very nice also. We hope to spend more time here next time.

من اجمل الفنادق اللي سكنت فيها .. الفندق يديد و نظيف .. الاكل لذيذ .. لستاف فرندلي .. الغرف جميله و نظيفه حيل و لفيوووو جميل بالغرفه … و في دور كامل فيه خدمات .. سينما برايفت ..مكان فيه دورين الدور الاول للبلياردو و غرفة للكاريوكي برايفت و الدور الثاني كمبيوترات و بليستيشن .. و مكان ثاني للاطفال soft play كبيير و نظيف .. عجييييب عجيييييب .. فيه بعد كافيه قعده داخليه و خارجيه .. القعده الخارجيه المنظر جمييييل . بالنهايه استمتعنا بالفندق .. الفندق رائع لابعد الحدود .

الفندق روعه والمكان ريحته حلوووووه من اللوبي وحتى الغرف كل شي كان جميل 🤩 المرافق والخدمات والموظفين وبالخصوص موظف الاستقبال ايهاب لباقه وخدمة تبارك الله اهنيكم على اختيار الموظفين 😍😍 لفتني الورد بالغرف مهتمين باذق التفاصيل 👌🏻 وراح اعيد السكن مرااات ومرااات فيه الفندق باذن الله 😍

كنت زبونة دائمة لفندق روتانا البحرين بفضل موظف بصراحة مميز وتعامله جدا راقي اسمه طاهر ولكن في اليوم آخر مره لم يكون موجود حجزت بالهوتيل كانت الخدمة جدا سيئة وضاع يوم السكن في البحث عن الشنط التشك ان كان الساعه خمس ووجدو بعض الاغراض الساعه الثانية فجرا وباقي الاغراض المفقوده وقت الخروج ولقد تم تأخيرنا وهم يبحثون عن أغراضنا المفقوده وكانت تجربه اخيرة لي ان ارجع لنفس الفندق
