The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my check-in and during my stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and nice views. However, the breakfast buffet could have offered a wider variety of options, Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its excellent service and location.

The location was just 300 mts from Mall road...The hotel was just exceptional...rooms were spacious...amenities were provided like a five star one...buffey was great and tasty...the bonfire and dj in the night added cherry in the top...it was affordable, clean, spacious, and with a great hospitality...absolutely would love to stay again.

Good place, service was excellent, breakfast was superb, Manager Avinash was supportive, only issue is with hot water, u get one bucket hot water then I have to wait 1/2 hr. we could not get the complete carpet covered room which was shown in picture. you will get nearby all grocery.

Location of hotel is such that it’s windows open towards market road (at least in case of room allotted to me. If you see through the windows, you only see shops. There was no good view. The room was also not well maintained, too. Half room was having a dirty and torn carpet and other half of room was having tiles. The blankets provided were also looking dirty (or may be the color was so dull that they looked dirty. The food provided in buffet was also average. Very limited variety and quality. The tea and coffee has lot of sugar. Average person like me can not even drink it. I have seen many reviews that complain regarding bad quality of food. But it seems that these people have not tried to improve. The only good thing observed was the behaviour of person sitting on reception. Otherwise not advised to stay in this hotel.
