Food was average, staff was good and property is also average with some good scenic views. You can find couple of food joints nearby and coffee shops if you take a walk downhill. Room101 where we stayed was too noisy from the room on top 201, complaining didn’t helped and we were not able to rest during the day at all.

Hotel was at the most beautiful location with good services good interior good exterior and over all services were quite astonishing. Stayed 4 days and loved it.

The services are quite slow. Breakfast is not upto the mark. Tv don't work here. Non recommended for vegetarians as the breakfast area smells with non veg and it was very difficult to eat breakfast over there. Very limited breakfast buffet. Food quality is ok- ok. They say facilities are good for only luxe members but it should not be the case. Every customer should be treated with good facilities. The good thing about property is rooms and view. If you want to book good property and services both, book their new property himalayan aurum.

5-10minutes drive from mall road, hotel amenities are very good, food was delicious, and services are great - people are very polite and friendly nature. Himachal people are very good in nature. Happy stay.
