I booked the room for a short hourly stay. So I didn't expect anything in terms of customer service. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the manager's response when I called them on the day of arrival. He was kind enough to inform me of the renovation being undertaken and whether it would be of any disturbance to me. I was given a good room with all the amenities needed. The staff's service too needs a special mention. Altogether a great experience and recommend anyone wanting a semi luxury stay at Manali with great customer service.

The staff here is incredibly polite and helpful. They made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Waking up to the sight of snow-capped peaks was a dream. The location near mall road is a bonus. Quick service and warm hospitality made our trip memorable.

The hotel provides a scenic view of the himalayas from all the rooms. Each room has an attached balcony. The staff were also very helpful and smiling. The food served was excellent, delicious and freshly prepared. The rooms were extremely comfortable.

Absolutely not worth what we are paying for a deluxe room with a mountain view and a balcony. The other guests kept on disturbing hence the quality of guests staying here is absolutely a joke.
