Even after booking Maharaja Suite which the most expensive room in the hotel below was my experience. Construction work going on all time just above my room. Had to ask them 5-6 times and still it kept continuing. I asked for manager to come in room and check himself but he never showed up. No handwash, handtowel, fruit basket, tissue paper was provided. Half of the lights were not working. AC doesn’t work. On tv you can only see channel which is free of cost. Dinner has very few options 2 vegetable 1 roti rice and dal and soup and 2 dessert from which one is ice cream and it is completely melted. Electricity went in midnight and it took 10 min to come up again. Service is even pathetic. You get one litre water for 2 person for whole day. For more they will charge you. For the amount of room you will find 2-3 nights in some other 4 star property near by with much better service, room and food quality.

horrible hotel with rude staff. The mount view room was actually electricity pole view room. The room was suffocating and AC also did not work. The hotel gave me a table fan for ventilation in the presidential suite. It was not even a suite Jacuzzi was actually in the bedroom, everything was in the bedroom only. Avoid this hotel at all costs

the food was very good, the service, the live music and the drinks were great. the rooms had a great view, and the Jacuzzi was well functional.
