"The room has a strange smell. The size of the bed is wrong. They advertised it as king sized bed, but actually it is queen bed. The tall, male receptionist at the frontdesk is condescending and doesn't know the difference between king and queen bed. The room is out of maintenance, the cover for the power switch fell off. Terrible experience, I will never book again."

The room however smelled like old smoke, it was NOT clean - the sheets and towels were clean - but there were black and brown marks all over the walls, one wall even had a black mark clearly showing a foot… disgusting. The curtains were stained and everything was just old, not maintained and unclean… We recieved no information upon arrival about breakfast or where to find pool etc. so service wasn’t great either…."

"If you want to be treated like a queen/king, you definitely have to come to Thalassa. It starts from the moment that you arrive. Just ask and things will be done immediately. Diving is great, but there are also a lot of things to see and do in the surroundings. This year we went rafting and it was absolutely fantastic. But also a walk around mount Tumba gives you a nice impression of all the islands around the northern part of Sulawesi. Thank you, dear Thalassa-team, for your hospitality and much more than that!"

I supposed to stay there for 5 nights but checked out after 4 nights only though l had made the full payment. I was persuaded to stay back but l insisted to move out and l was reimburse part of my one last night payment. Where is the hot water ? Where is the shampoo/ conditioner ? Talk big only. Ngomong - ngomong kosong aje. Breakfast made my stomach upset for the 3rd and 4th day and my whole body is itch (cover with reddish patches) I just sick of recalled this miserable experience."
