Holiday Inn Express & Suites Malvern by IHG

This hotel is starting to show some age and a little neglect. They had older styled furniture in the room that needs to go, a shower head poured out water so obviously they didn't know about that, the bed mattress was worn out, but everything was clean and the ac worked properly. They only had one HBO channel that didn't even have movies. Breakfast was nice with a pancake machine, great looking and tasting bacon and biscuits and gravy. They struck completely out on the eggs however. The only eggs offered were egg white & veggie omelets. They looked like something made in a factory made out of who knows what and painted yellow before being frozen and shipped. I watched as 20 people came in for breakfast and 20 people didn't touch a single one. I don't get it they started serving this mess during covid and now it appears after going to real eggs they reversed course again. I stay at a lot at Wyndham hotels, and they have never served anything but real eggs, what gives?

Everything was comfortable and nice. I thought the breakfast might have been a little better, but was pretty typical.

Because it was booked thru a 3rd Party (*******) we weren’t informed that the elevator WAS OUT! So, no partial refund will be given, but was offered if we had booked online or phone to the property directly

When you are traveling from Texas and you get to New Boston, TX entering into AR AND you are looking for a place to land…either stay in New Boston or plan to be on the road for a few hours. The first hotel we found was at Exit 98A. The lobby and room were very clean. The hotel has been there since 2007. We had 2 double queens. Very roomy, bathroom nice size, Dove Products, great shower. Good beds with choice of soft or firm pillows, has a clock, and plenty of outlets which I find some hotels lacking. Staff was friendly breakfast standard fare. A good place. There is a Chinese, Italian and two Mexican restaurants nearby. There’s also a McDonald’s, the waffle House, and Popeyes.

They were friendly and hotel is in ok conditions. Front desk was very busy and only one person helping, maybe have backup. Breakfast was ok.

Our stay was wonderful, everything was clean and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The pool was great. We didn’t have time to use work out area, but it was well equipped and looked very clean. Their breakfast was the best of any place i have stayed! The eggs were light and fluffy, biscuits tasted homemade! Their cinnamon rolls were the BEST! Special thanks to Rachel, who works the front desk, for going above and beyond to help us! Great place, highly recommend!
