"Cottage I initially booked had very stale air with dust and dead bugs. Staffs very able give me a room instead after I raised concerns with proof. The money paid for cottage was gone. So please be mindful while you book. The location of the property by the river was excellent."

"A decent place if you are in transit from Calicut. The rooms are neat and clean. Very basic to get you through the night. Only one drawback is that there is no lift to the hotel. Afsal helped us with organising a vehicle to drop us off at the Airport. He is a very polite and helpful person."

"We stayed in the property for one day. We were assisted by Mr. Ashok Fernandes and the service was exceptional. When we requested a room change, the staff were incredibly helpful and made the process seamless. They even checked on us after we returned home, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We were pleasantly surprised with a birthday cake and a beautiful photo frame, making our stay even more special. We also had the opportunity to meet many lovely people during our visit .. Security Mr. James , Mr.Jaya and Mr. Srinivas who shared their stories and experiences with us, which added a personal touch to our stay. One of the highlights was the morning nature walk, where we spotted a hornbill and a woodpecker in their natural habitat. Overall, it was a truly memorable experience. But personally I felt the valley view cabin has the best views than the luxury pavilion category though it’s mentioned as a bigger room. The Luxury pavilion was covered by trees"
