Really enjoyed this hotel. By far the nicest in the area. Almost a resort style with great spa, great pool with jacuzzi. I stayed in a river view room which was nice. Great staff.

we enjoyed the stay in Ravis kadavu. The pool, health club, restaurant and all other amenities offered by the resort was excellent.

The property was excellent and well maintained. The staff were very warm and attentive. Would like to book again. The only slight glitch was in the breakfast rates. We had made a booking without breakfast. As per trip.com offer breakfast rate was Rs 450 per person to be paid at the hotel. But the actual rates were Rs 750 plus tax. So double check the rates with the reception before availing.

We have opted for standard room and service was good and stay was comfortable. We recommend a quite more bigger rooms and balcony facility to be added for standard rooms to make stay awesome.

Location, spacious rooms, close to the Airport, beautiful hotel, courteous staff, lovely speed boat drive, recommend highly. Food was good & would visit again. Staff at the front desk very co-op & good. Hotel should have more options for the Hi- Tea.

Very good customer service and friendly professional staff. Chaithra from Reservations, Ashwath and Sanika, from front desk were very courteous and helpful. The waiting staff in the restaurant were very friendly - Ameer in particular. All in all a good customer experience.

Everything good for couples and family stay. Rooms are clean and neat. Enjoyed the garden walk. Neat and clean pool. Food are delicious.Warm welcoming and Hospitality is great. Riverside view is a beautiful experience. Totally all are good

The staff,right from the welcoming team ( who are so careless in even the welcome drink service), right up to kitchen, are all extremely pleasant , smart, but unfortunately, very badly trained. They are in a constant state of confusion whenever any instruction is put to them, hence delay in everything.
The food menu is so totally ethnic that the Western guests with us had hardly any choice of food. We finally had to take them out of your hotel to eat.
A good property, but if you don’t improve your training team, it’ll be just a mediocre hotel. We were a group of ten on a holiday, but will need to think twice before we return here.
