"There is parking at the hotel so it is convenient for us to park in secured carpark and take public transport to the Paris city. The breakfast ended at 1030am so we could have a late breakfast. The hotel baked delicious baguette and croissants. The reception staff were helpful to our request, such as changing the towels and cleaning of the toilet."

"Upon checkin, was very surprised to find dirty glasses and plates and cutleries in my room from the previous guest. I told the receptionist, who told me he would tell a note, but no offer at all to provide clean and usable items. Hotel should not be 4 stars. The laundry facilities are out of order unlike advertised on Trip and on the hotel website, so you’ve to cross the street and go to the sister property to wash your clothes. The hotel is offering a complimentary coffee machine in the lobby, but there’s no cups provided, which doesn’t make sense at all as the sister hotel in front is offering both coffee AND cups."

"Lovely little 2 star hotel located in Paris suburb, Malakoff. 8 minutes walk from metro station (M13). Hotel has a small restaurant on the ground floor, offers affordable meals and jolly atmosphere. Hotel looks a bit tired, however, as a fan of old houses and worn down staircases, this was exactly what I wanted. Staff was extremely nice and friendly. Rooms were not especially clean but everything was in its place. A downside and to be honest a big one, was lack of air conditioning. It was blazing sun outside, 30 degrees and our room had no air whatsoever. So I would reccommend rooms facing north. It also guarantees that you can have some peace and quiet, because the street sounds and bar sounds from below might be quite annoying. And they do smoke a lot in the bar below... All concidered - a lovely place to stay, a bit worn down but kind of happy..."
