"I arrived at 9:15 PM and had to wait a long time for someone to answer my call. They hung up on me several times to speak to someone rudely, with no patience to explain how to do things or to help me park my car. It's a shame. However, the daytime staff were very welcoming, no complaints there, except for the night staff, as there was no one there at 8:55 PM. It took a long time to get through, but the hotel itself was great, very friendly."

You can hear everything that happens in the hallway, especially the cleaning ladies who are really not discreet in the morning... I had a so-so night..."
