"Positive side: There's electric jug provided, even though no tea/coffee sachet there. TV functions well. Three mirrors including one in the bathroom. There's a wardrobe but not enough space to hang the towels. Got air conditioner n fan. Negative side: The room was quite small for triple. The double and single bed were combined together😔. The toilet was dirty especially the toilet bowl, there were stains everywhere ☹️. Only two lamps in the room without bed lamp, one switch for them. No lift... Luckily our room is only on the second floor."

"Stayed for 1 night, and this is the 3rd time since before the pandemic, the location is very strategic, there are lots of halal food, the service is okay, the facilities are okay, the cleanliness is also okay, it's just a shame the room is narrow for praying facing the Qibla is difficult."

"Located in Jonker Street. No guest parking provided. Beautiful hotel with heritage concept. Very friendly and helpful front desk and cafe staffs. Got rare elevator Clean and beautiful but quite small room. Room got mini fridge, iron, hairdryer also arristo coffee machine. Complete ! Clean and best power shower. Plus, they provide free ala carte breakfast for their guest. Happy for it ! For entertainment, maybe they can add more tv channels with good signal as all channels were not really clear to watch."

"Check in was fast and easy despite the peak period, room is clean. Nice view from room and nearby to the popular malls and attractions. Concierge team was very attentive and helpful, a special shoutout to Mr.Mazwan for his exceptional service and going out of his way to assist us! Overall very welcoming and a pleasant stay."

"I was getting ready to go to bed when I noticed the air conditioner in the room was literally leaking, not even dripping. Technician came to check up after a complaint was made to the receptionist. The technician asked if I was willing to change room as it would take quite a while to fix the leaking issue. As it was, I moved room from level 27 to level 21 in bathrobe and hotel slippers together with all my stuff. There was only a nice chap from the hotel reception that came to assist with moving of my belongings. All these happened at 23:06 (11:06pm). Just a horrible experience to go through. However, breakfast buffet spread was very good and the staff are generally very approachable and helpful except the lady who was manning the reception that night (night of 8/4/2025) who just seemed very impatient over the phone. That being said, they moved me to a bigger room that night. The photos shown here are referring to the room that suffered the air conditioner leaking issue. I give them poor rating for the amenities based on the lack of servicing of the air conditioning unit in the room."

"Our stay at Baba House was really good. It is located in a very good area. Walking distance to many good food places and Jonker street. Hotel room was also quite cosy though a little noisy at times."

"The Superior Twin Room is just like a little studio apartment, spacious and comfy with super low price! There is 2 air-con and 1 fan in the room, truly amazing! ▶Cleanliness could have been better, 4/5 ▶Basement parking provided. Downside: My room facing main road, so it was quite noisy(the sound of motorcycle speeding by) in the night."

"The check in wasnt that smooth. We need to wait til almost 5pm to get the QR code. The unit is quite spacious. Since we up at 12th floor and last unit, the open window at the service yard, the sound of howling winds give me a bit creep. Felt like someone banging on the door. But i really enjoy the view from the balcony."
