Positive side:
There's electric jug provided, even though no tea/coffee sachet there.
TV functions well.
Three mirrors including one in the bathroom.
There's a wardrobe but not enough space to hang the towels.
Got air conditioner n fan.
Negative side:
The room was quite small for triple.
The double and single bed were combined together😔.
The toilet was dirty especially the toilet bowl, there were stains everywhere ☹️.
Only two lamps in the room without bed lamp, one switch for them.
No lift... Luckily our room is only on the second floor.

1. Location is right in the heart of Jonker walk and within walking distance to all major tourist attractions & restaurants
2. Friendly staff & service quality is good
3. Very basic facilities with handicapped person in mind
4. We had complimentary local breakfast and it was good but there are lots of good restaurant within 1.5km radius of hotel
5. Downside for us was there is no car park facility & had to park quite a distance away(12mins walk) at a public parking lot or on street parking
My wife & I only stayed for 1 night. We arrived Jonker Walk in the morning and parked our car and then scout around before checking in at 3pm.
Hotel rates is a little expensive for basic facilities but it is very central to all attractions & food and we did not even have to drive anymore after parking our car.

Stayed for 1 night, and this is the 3rd time since before the pandemic, the location is very strategic, there are lots of halal food, the service is okay, the facilities are okay, the cleanliness is also okay, it's just a shame the room is narrow for praying facing the Qibla is difficult.

I had an overnight trip with parents during CNY period. It is very fabulous and wonderful service from the hotel. This is my first time to stay. Definitely paying such fee is worth it as their service quality is very great. Of course facility there also can satisfy me well. I like their shower system as well. Quite nice and comfortable. I definitely will pay for next stay again if have chance of coming to Malacca.

A 2-year old boutique hotel. Super friendly staff, love the nice Perankan deco around the hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows with standard room amenities. Love the shower gel fragrance. Free movie screening nightly at the courtyard; good place to relax with a drink and snacks while watching movie. Good location, walking distance to Jonker St but away from the buzzling noise. Highly recommended and will book this hotel again.

Smallest things tell us everything about a hotel.
At Hatten Melaka:
- bathroom sink drainage was terrible.
- base of glass shower area was so dirty.
- shower holder was loose
- sliding glass door leading to toilet also had a loose handle/lock
- zero initiative from reception staff who were doing nothing in the backroom to come out to help clear the queue of people who were either waiting to check out/in or validate car park TnG
- breakfast was a mess. Tons of tables uncleared. Long queues at the eggs counter

The check in wasnt that smooth. We need to wait til almost 5pm to get the QR code. The unit is quite spacious. Since we up at 12th floor and last unit, the open window at the service yard, the sound of howling winds give me a bit creep. Felt like someone banging on the door. But i really enjoy the view from the balcony.

First, the cleanliness left something to be desired. We were surprised to find strawberries and a sandwich left behind by the previous guest in our room’s fridge, which made us question the attention to detail in housekeeping.
On a positive note, the staff were friendly and provided good service whenever we needed assistance. However, the check-in and check-out processes were frustratingly slow compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at, which detracted from the overall experience.
The highlight of this hotel is its location. It’s very convenient for getting to various attractions and spots around the area, which made our trip more enjoyable.
Overall, while the location and staff service were positive aspects, improvements in cleanliness and efficiency are needed for a better guest experience.

I love this hotel and definitely will come back again to stay in this hotel. I love their design of their rooms too. Very comfortable and have lot of places to put our things in organised way. They have a small fridge in the hotel. Most importantly, lot of foods and restaurants nearby. They have a cafe and 711 next door so convenient and superb. Location is very good, with parking at the premise available and around 10 minites walk to Jonker Street.
The staff is also very friendly, greeting is everytime they saw us.
There is also a filter water machine right outside our room which is a big plus.
However, I think the wall is not that good with noise, can help a bit on the neighbour room.
But overall, we had a very nice and comfy stay. Will definiyely come back if ever visit Melaka again.
