friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. the check-in/check-out process was smooth. the room could have been cleaner, particularly the bathroom.

This morning after finish shower I use the hotel towel, I found the towel got a bit dirty so I see it properly that's is a **** n a bit smile. When I chech out I inform front desk the malay lady Act nothing is very bad I Thing maybe they clean the toilet use the towel Pls please take action

Strategic location, located near Bandar Hilir, which pack of activities. Perfect for families, plus the booking process is affordable.

Repeated guest. Value for money. Great location. Just this time we experience below: 1. Aircond not cold enough and make noises 2. Weird noises from bathroom. We thought we did not properly flush or there is leaking tap. Apparently the sound came from water from other guest room. 3. The wall quite thin. We can hear noises.

The room we get the air cond quite noise when swing. Overall ok but still need improvement

There staff there is very helpfull n nice. They ready to guide about melaka best port for food and places to see explore.

The hotel is very convienent, located within walking distance to restaurants and food outlets. Hotel staff are helpful and serve with a smile. Room is clean and have enough amenities.

No seaview as stated, window can't open, facing main road, heavy traffic at both way n fragile sleeper not recommend. 20min to Klebang Beach. Basin tap's water flows everywhere, need to be repair.

This hotel location is very good and easy to access to famous Melaka food like chicken rice and satay celup. Unfortunately the hotel is quite old and many things in the hotel room is broken and not replace. Besidea that there are charges for everything if u need extra like towel, Pillow , mineral water… I think this is very sad coz most of the hotel did not do such things … I can understand if they gave 2 pillows then is alright to charge the 3rd pillow but it seem that the hotel only provide 1 pillow instead of two pillow. Remember to bring extra pillow if u want to stay in this hotel ya.

Pro: Good Location. Good value of money. Parking bays are enough to accommodate guests. Wi-Fi speed is sufficient. Water pressure (shower) is good. Air-conditioning in the room is cold. Standard toilet amenities. Room is new. Con: Room is small (limited space to put luggage).

Hotel is near a lot of eateries. Have car pouch for elderly to alight and away from rain. Room is clean and mid-modern. Have own parking and street parking. Will book again in future.

Stay here few days still can considered ok.tv got few channel but i think they just on the extra channel from friday to weekends only.because in weekday only got 3-4 local channel only.toiletries include toothbrush set is provided.water flow is good but for water heater early in the morning is not hot.aircond function.bathroom exhaust fan also working and this is important thing for bathroom.because most of hotel this thing are not function.for praying you need to bring your own sejadah.but the room i stay got carpet.iron can request at the counter.hair dryer provided in the room.the towel is clean.bed sheet and blankets also clean.as usual only 2 pillow provided.maybe management should improve on the room door.because it is so loud,because you cannot close it on normal way.this hotel don't have their own cafe.but around hotel got a lot of restaurant but mostly chinese food.but if you own a car that should be no problem.if not grab also easy to get.laundry shop got 2 near the hotel.all room have window but my room cannot open the window.not sure why you need to screw the window.sometimes we need some fresh air too,thats why we choose room with window.i notice bathroom wall actually can see through from bedroom but they already put wallpaper.but still the light from the bathroom can go through the wallpaper.for those that can sleep with light maybe no problem.for bathroom maybe can improve the cleanliness,especially the wall.this is the common problem for some hotel.
