Service is good... amenities are charged and cleanliness very bad...

Hotel quiet okay, but dont have lift. My knee has been injured because of that. Not suitable for senior citizen. They use spritzer drink water and daikin aircond. Please make an improvement.

The service attitude of the staff is good, there is no elevator, the stairs are long and difficult to navigate, there is no refrigerator, you cannot ask the staff to store ice water on your behalf, there is no laundromat or supermarket nearby, in-room facilities: no independent shampoo and shower gel, no ventilation cylinder

Pleasant say. Fits 4 pax family. Super friendly , helpful & informative staff. Worth the price! We paid for RM102 in agoda in inlusive breakfast. Room & toilet is spacious & clean. Aircond cold enough. It's a new area so not much shops around. Bed is comfortable. Only no safe box & toilet rolls. Hair dryer not found in room. But overall a really good deal. Will come back again. 😄

PROS :-  - Value for money. Rm 50 for a standard room per night. They take refundable deposit Rm 50/room.  - Friendly and helpful staff. We checked in around 12:00am and they had prepared everything. So the process really quick.  - Easy to get parking at night.  - The rooms size is ok. Not too spacious and too narrow.    CONS :-  - No elevator. It’s 3 storeys building.  - 15 minutes drive to the city area.  - Dusty room and bathroom not cleaned perfectly because still got yellow stain on bathroom tiles and it’s slippery.
