The hotel is excellent for its price, honestly much better than I expected. The room was clean, and the location is very close to the Haram, about 600 meters away. ✅ Pros: • Great value for money considering the service and location. • Clean and tidy room. • Very convenient distance to the Haram. ❌ Cons: • Breakfast was not good; the food tasted old and even the omelet had no flavor. • Noticeable noise due to poor sound insulation, both from neighboring rooms and from the street. الفندق بالنسبة لسعره ممتاز بصراحة وما كنت متوقع يكون بهالمستوى. الغرفة نظيفة والموقع قريب جدًا من الحرم تقريبًا ٦٠٠ متر فقط. ✅ الإيجابيات: • السعر ممتاز مقارنة بالخدمة والموقع. • الغرفة نظيفة ومرتبة. • القرب من الحرم ميزة كبيرة. ❌ السلبيات: • وجبة الإفطار غير جيدة، الأكل قديم حتى الأومليت ما كان له طعم. • فيه إزعاج واضح بسبب قلة العوازل بين الغرف، وأيضًا من الشارع الخارجي

Room was very nice and the view from the room was spectacular. Location was not the best and not as described as it’s around 15mins walk to the Haram. The new extension of the Haram makes it longer than it should be. Breakfast was very nice.

This hotel is more like a 2 star . Very poor service . Rude staff at restaurant. Terrible food choice. This is an international hotel yet many staff do not speak English or other language. They were abrupt and rude. No bath mat . Had to request towels

Poor service , the room service not good I called them many times to clean the room and change the sheets they didn’t we come late after umra so tired with my 2 daughters at 11pm room didn’t clean no toilets papers and if they got u only one, and they come to change the sheets at 12 am and was all very wet I ask the guy he said from the air condition in the storage room what rubbish , And they say close to haram no is not u close to safa marwa doors but very far from main doors and no buses to take walking is about 30 min especially when u tired after umra and praying Trust me it’s not suitable to old or children

This hotel was not as bad as other hotels we have viewed and checked but my recommendation would be to go to a new hotel in Makkah near the clock tower called Al Mathaba hotel it is new they just opened it like 1 month ago it is very nice but the buffet is expensive so there are shops/restaurants that sell nice Yemeni and different rice and vice versa and there is also a bus that comes every 10 minutes to drop and pick up ppl so that it can be easier to go to the Kaaba to perform umrah or to just go to the clock tower

As someone with extensive experience in visiting hotels of various classifications worldwide, I must say this hotel was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve encountered. Despite its four-star rating, the quality of services and cleanliness fell far below expectations. The buffet lacked diversity and quality, failing to meet the standards expected by guests. What was even more disheartening was the evident disparity in treatment between guests of different nationalities, with Algerians being subjected to noticeably inferior standards. Such unprofessional conduct is simply unacceptable in the hospitality industry. I strongly urge the management to reconsider its policies and make significant improvements to regain the trust of its clientele. This is a place I wouldn’t revisit, nor would I recommend it to others."

"This hotel has significantly declined in quality, offering some of the worst services I’ve experienced. It doesn’t deserve even a single star. I do not recommend booking here, especially due to the restaurant, which is absolutely terrible."
