The hotel itself was beautiful, the front desk was attentive when we called down for anything, at one point our key cards stopped working but it was rectified within 30 mins, they gave us water bottles whenever we requested it also. The bed was soft and the room was very spacious. Unfortunately, the problem came with the shuttle bus, so in order to save your legs, I would take the shuttle bus that the city offers to the Kudi/kuday bus park and then take an uber back to the hotel, we waited for over an hour for one of our shuttle buses to take us back to the hotel.

تجربه ممتازه اكيد هتتكرر لثالث مره ان شاء الله حجزت عام ٢٠٢٣ في نفس الفندق وكان ممتاز وحبيت احجز فيه تاني عام ٢٠٢٤ لكن مالقيت حجز بسبب انه كان مكتمل بالكامل فاضطريت احجز فندق تاني خمس نجوم لكن ماكان بنفس المستوي الحمد لله عام ٢٠٢٥ لقيت حجز وماخيب ظني والعائله فرحوا وانبسطوا فيه جدا وان شاء الله ماتكون اخر مره الخدمه فوق الممتازه من نظافه وتعامل من جميع الموظفين وأخص بالذكر - الاستقبال: الاستاذه جوهره - خدمة الغرف: الاستاذ يوسف محمد

صدقا انا اعشق هذا الفندق .. كل شيئ به رائع وفوق المميز .. هذه ليست اول تجربة لي بالفندق في الاستقبال كان السيد ابراهيم القحطاني قمة بالرقي والذوق وخلال اقامتي اشكر السيد أحمد هشام على النظافة المستمرة وعند الخروج تشرفت بلقائك مع الأخت جوهرة والأخت رزان عند كاونتر الاستقبال .. كادر رائع وفندق أروع وإقامة وتجربة لا بد من تكرارها
