Actually I didn't stay at Ibis but I was relocated to Mercure Aziziyah Hotel. But it was amazing, the room was clean, the service was friendly, and all the furniture was luxurious.

I stayed in the hotel for almost 5 days and booked again on the counter for couple of days after i backed from Madina.
I suppose to stay one more day in Madina but since i booked the hotel so i backed on the scheduled day,
But when i arrive i found the hotel has been closed .
Luckily i didn’t paid for the booking i made and got back one of the baggage i kept there.

I had other hotels experience but this was the best,cleaning was good,near to Kaaba,department house keeping service,room and toilet was clean,Muhammad faizan very good service and bhivyer

I stayed at Ibis Style from January 22, 2025, the experience of staying at Ibis was quite satisfying, complete facilities, friendly service, and very good room cleanliness. although a little constrained by new regulations from the Saudi Arabian government regarding bus routes to and from the Grand Mosque, but I think it is beyond the control of Ibis Style. Overall my rating is 8.5/10
