We have stayed for 4 nights for Umrah. It was amazing. Shuttle service was superb. Every 15 minutes shuttle bus approaches towards Haram. All staff was co operative. Cleanliness was perfect. It was a pleasant stay at real 5 star hotel.

Beautiful place to stay but little far during the peak times (last 10 Ramadan )hotel will provide you shuttle service it’s no point better use footstep that will be more close rather than shuttle service.. off peak should be more comfortable shuttle service
