We loved it,because it was near Haram. It took us nearly 10 min by feet to Haram. In the basement there was a shopping mall, this made things easier for us.
Could be a bit cleanier. But it was ok,not that bad. The boys from the room service where nice.

It seems all the third party bookings they book in tower no. 5 which is worst tower with worst service. They treat third party bookings like third class people as well. My recommendation not to book through third party and specially NO to Tower 5.
