Service and housekeeping was excellent, check-in was fast. Walking distance to Masjidil Haram and there is shuttle service provided as well.

I came quite early but they did not let me wait and gave me a suite instead of standard room which is thank them for that .
The staff are helpful and very friendly .
I ordered kabsa lamb and it was okay not recommending it though .

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It takes no more than 10 minutes to walk to the Haram. Because I checked in close to the Hajj, there were many people, but I could see many people entering the Kaaba up close, and the atmosphere was very good. All the hotel staff were very enthusiastic and were able to answer all my questions, so the two of us were able to circle around the Kaaba smoothly.
