Worst service ., not clean and except for reception staff., hotel staff not good. Rooms are congested.
Breakfast service is worst.

Not a 4 stars hotel service at all ..
We can say it s like a hostel service even worse..
No system .. the system is always down.
No customer service satisfactionat at all.
The only thing they can do is to STRESS the client to the max
