Very pleasant experience. Room was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. I stayed at a very busy time and used the public shuttle service (from close to the hotel)to get to haram.

The hotel location was good and on a main road. This meant noise from the street and a lot of honking.
On the other hand, the hotel staff didn't clean the room daily or any other time. Front desk doesn't answer the phone, ever. No breakfast buffet as stated on the hotel offerings. Only room service for food orders. No iron in the room. Only one set of towels and never changed during my 5 day stay. I ran out of toilet paper and had to look for more.

I stayed there in a double room for three nights starting April 22nd. First thing I noticed when entered the room is that only one towel was provided. I called room service several times to provide more towels, which never happened. They have bad attitude and no common sense. They also left garbage under the beds from previous guests. Please avoid at all costs.
