I recently stayed at this hotel with my two sons and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with all the modern amenities you’d expect. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the housekeeping staff ensured everything was always tidy and refreshed. The hotel’s facilities were good as had a gym and even a games room. I did not try their breakfast this time around but would do next time. Our flight was later on in the evening and after requesting, the hotel let us checkout late which was good of them. I definitely would come back here again to stay as it is also value for money for what you get.
Any negatives - none except the hotel is few miles away from the Haram but the hotel provides a shuttle bus to and from which the buses go on time so this made it easy.

Big rooms with all amenities and good view
Customer service ladies are really helpful with quick check in and check out
The hotel is 10 mins from haram by bus every half an hour round trip

The hotel was amazing i did arrived late they welcomed me with no issues at all , the staff was very friendly , i booked twin room they gave me 4 beds instead i think its called quadruple something like that because I didn't showed up on time, overall highly recommended its quite and you have everything around you with walking distance but to get to the holy mosque haram you need to walk a 20 minutes easily or taxi 10 minutes because alot of road works around Mecca expansion, but yeah nice experience thanks a lot
