Before the conclusion I will explain my situation. We arrived from Canada very tired. It took them hours to registered us. The woman in the front desk made a great gesture she offered us to upgrade to the « disability »room. The room was spacious. During all our stay the cleaning was not been done. Consequently, due to the dust, I had an asthma crisis and bronchitis. I asked several times to clean the house but, nothing has changed. At the end we shorten our stay from 10 to 6 days. We asked to be refund but it was refused. I choose Marriot hotel but I think even those names have no sense anymore,we are just numbers. No customer service anymore. It is sad knowing the amount of money that coast this travel .
