The hotel was the worst on earth!!! Untrustworthy staff do not leave your personal belongings in this hotel. The staff only want tips.. PLEASE KEEP YOUR BELONGINGS SAFE. the worst hotel dirty toilets small rooms. The staff do not trust them!!! Nice hotel with very receptive staff & good service. Upgraded to an executive room with 3 beds in the bedroom area and a guest bathroom in the living area. Given a late checkout until after Friday prayer (14:00).

The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff are very polite and friendly. They cleaned the room every day. The hotel is 5 min walk to the haram, but from the 114 gate (women’s prayer area). Will need to walk a little bit more to gate 79 (king Fahad gate)-Umrah gate. Will need to go up a small hill. Close to the bus station (9min). Will need to go up a small hill.

Wael in reception was fantastic for organising my stay at short notice when I was struggling contacting hotels between 3 am and 4 am in the morning. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Also, I would like to mention Saif Islam from housekeeping who provided fantastic service and looked after my needs as and when required. I have stayed at the Clock Tower, Hyatt, etc in the past and while these hotels were a little closer to Masjid Haram, I would still highly recommend Sheraton mainly because of their exceptional customer service.

Everything is excellent. Mizanur Rahman is one of the great officer at the hotel.

I had booked a junior suite with breakfast and lounge access. However, i was surprised when I was told upon check-in that I don't have lounge access. I was totally disappointed and complained to trip com. Joyce was the trip com rep who called me back and asked for a few minutes to talk to the hotel. During this time, the female customer service rep Miss Lama called me and offered an upgrade to the executive suit with lounge access. I am very thankful to Miss Lama, who provided an exceptional service and also said that this is your 2nd home. Other staff Miss. Darwesha Ebrahim Miss. Maha Alsufyani, Mr.Kaisul Hassan, and another female Saudi staff at lounge reception were excellent and definitely an asset to Sheraton Hotel. Miss. Joyce from Trip.com is an exceptional staff with a very positive attitude to resolving the issue. Thank you, Trip.com and Sheraton Hotel Makkah

_I Recently Extended My Stay at the Sheraton Makkah Jabal Al Kaaba and Had a Wonderful Experience!_ _Advantages:_ 1. _Prime Location_: The hotel is conveniently located just a 4-5 minute walk from the Haram, making it an ideal choice for pilgrims. 2. _Good Overall Impression_: My overall experience was positive, with a comfortable stay and excellent service. 3. _Friendly Reception Staff_: The reception staff, particularly Sheriff Lemma, were exceptionally friendly and attentive, regularly inquiring about my stay and seeking feedback for improvement. 4. _Helpful Housekeeping_: The housekeeping team was very helpful and ensured my room was always clean and comfortable. 5. _Exceptional Quality_: I would rate this hotel more than 5 stars due to its exceptional service and facilities. 6. _Will Definitely Return_: I plan to stay here again in the future.

Overall is a good experience to have my Umrah moment here.

I got the cheapest hotel price in the holiday season only in trip.com... For the quality of the hotel, it is certain that the facilities are all five-star, the rooms are spacious, clean, only the distance needs to walk a bit far to the mosque because the access is still not perfect

Good but due to the Haram construction did not have easy access to Masjed. They don’t have shuffle to Haram, even a gulf car
