Watch out for the type of room you booked and the cost, because they can overcharge you or give you a much smaller room than what you initially booked

Hotel service was great, there are basic toiletries provided but no room slippers (bring your own if you don’t want to step on the carpet). Overall the stay was great, the Queen room was of decent size but may be a little small for 2 pax. If budget is not a problem then go for King bed, the room is muchhh bigger.

Guest rooms are very spacious. Location is great: walking distance to Georgetown and five minutes to the DuPont Circle Red Line station. Check in and check out were fast. The fitness center equipment was upgraded during my visit. The pool was, however, closed for the duration. Staff were friendly. The business center’s printer’s toner needed to be replaced but wasn’t during my visit but front desk staff helped me with printing. Housekeeping staff are nice but sometimes maybe too busy and can forget to replenish everything, such as paper cups for the coffee machines. Generally very good value hotel.

1. Thieves: After charging the full amount to my card beforehand, they added a BS "destination fee" to the bill without informing me and charged my credit card. 2. Unsafe: The room door would not close all the way on its own. Housekeeping knew and did nothing about it.

I had a great stay at this hotel and would return if I go back to DC. My complaints are minor: there are no outlets by the bed, there was some random repairs happening in the morning, and my room phone didn’t work until I put in a complaint. Other than these things, the hotel is in a great location and is very clean!

The hotel is close to amenities. However, the 15 dollar credit is not rolled over if not use.

Love this place! Great location for my needs.

Didn't take much advantage of the facilities since I was out all day long most days. Bath towels had hair from previous guests on them, but otherwise everything else seemed clean.

The hotel has a great location and spacious rooms. However, the room amenities were average. There was no shampoo or shower gel provided, and the hair dryer didn't work. The hotel's self-service printer couldn't connect to the printer, so the front desk had to help print.

The service was as usual from a 2 star motel, they never cleaned the room and the room service had problems and the best of all is the gambling in the hotel and the most expensive parking. Conclusion they scam you out of money between the applications that give you information like everything is ready and they charge you a lot of money and when you get to the hotel they charge you another lot of money plus a deposit. And I'm still waiting 🙄......
