The staff were good there were helpful when I asked if it is available to delay the check out 2 hours , also its transportation bus was accurate and clean but there were timings gap between the arriving time to Al Haram on 3.00 a.m and its return back to the Hotel on 6.00 a.m !!!!!!
On the other hand there is no a variety of restaurants near the Location that’s mean you have to eat near Al Haram before back to the Hotel

First of all i would like to thank all of the Hotel stuff there is a Bus nerly every hour at night too, i didn't try the resturant but the breakfast Was good. For Room cleaning you need to speek to Jamal he is the Hause cleaning Service, his Cleaning is the best Clean Service in the Hotel.
I recommend it strongly the price Was very good.
I Loved it and Sure when ever Allah give my Time to Do Omra again i will go there.

When we booked the house for the second time, their shuttle station changed and it was too far to get off, so we had no shuttle service at all. Others are no problem.

The hotel is modest in terms of cleaning services, breakfast quality, or even the quality of the corridors
