The hotel is connected to the Haram Mosque by an underground passage, the room is spacious and comfortable, quiet and hygienic, the breakfast is relatively rich, and most importantly, the view in the room is invincible! ! ! The staff is warm and thoughtful, but the check-in efficiency is relatively low during peak hours, and I waited for half an hour, but everything else is good... Overall, I like it very much! ! ! ! The lobby is the glimmer and shine! Rooms are the one with the problem. Dirty, dust carpet! The water pressure is low! Ended up with a flu on our trip NO VENTILATION

A complete luxurious hotel with a bad receptionist and the worst housekeeping.. blocked nose as there is no ventilation in the rooms.. thank God we left!! I'm shocked the staff ignore everything said to them. But wanted a 5-star rating from the whole group.. bed bugs as was itching like mad..
