So late to release my voucher travel by staf emaar elite...I must wait around 1 hour to check in my room ...I must show may voucher every time when another staff ask me n I must show them latest email by trip to confirm my voucher....

3stjerner ikke mer. Ifht avstanden er det helt og. Kort vei med taxi . 1,5 min kjøretur unna.
Room service var gjerrige ifht utdeling av håndklær og tom dorull.
Frokosten var ok . Kunne har bedret ifht drikke utvalg .

**Disappointing Experience - Poor Housekeeping and Rude Staff**
I stayed at this hotel for five days, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite requesting housekeeping multiple times, my room was only cleaned once during my entire stay! I complained for three consecutive days, and nothing was done. When the cleaners finally did come, they were extremely rude, especially the staff on the 13th floor.
I expect basic services like regular room cleaning to be handled without having to chase the staff repeatedly. This level of neglect and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. I won't be staying here again.
