新日本海フェリー到着の日に利用しました。夜はフロントが無人みたいで、電話をしてルームキーの受け取りをする必要があります。外国人の方はご注意を。部屋は清潔でアメニティも十分です。赤レンガパークは徒歩20分くらいです。

『部屋の中にないもの』
テレビ、お風呂、トイレ、冷蔵庫、パジャマはなく、ファブリーズは置いてあるのですが、壊れていて、使えませんでした。
ただ、個室を利用しましたが、とてもキレイで快適に過ごすことが出来て、２年連続で利用させて頂きました。

チェックインもスムーズで部屋も清潔で過ごしやすい宿泊施設でした。
ツインルームはベッドが2段になっていてとてもかわいいデザインで過ごしやすかったです。
部屋にも長椅子のようなものがあればもっと快適かなと思います。
部屋にシャワーとトイレはありませんが共有スペースのシャワーやトイレも綺麗で男性・女性と別れているので利用も問題ありませんでした。
共有スペースのキッチンとリビングスペースもテーブルやソファも広々としたスペースに置かれていて利用しやすくなっていました。
キッチンには冷蔵庫、食器、調理器具も揃っているので何日間かゆっくり滞在したり友達や家族連れでワイワイ過ごすのも楽しそうでした。
飲料水も設置してありました。
コインランドリーもありました。
駐車場は宿泊施設の目の前が大きな有料駐車場で24時間500円と安くてとても便利です。
ホステルとかゲストハウスとしては施設が新しく部屋も広々としていておすすめです!
