"There is no tissue box. We have to use our own after washing our faces or use their towels. Check in was pleasant as the staffs are very friendly and welcoming. They offered us brolly knowing it’s raining. Bathroom is clean and well equipped! Breakfast is not fantastic. Dinner menu was simple but the food were well done. We enjoyed it. Had to eat dinner in hotel as it was raining heavily. The waitress is very prompt, helpful, sweet and chirpy. Her good attitude helps us enjoy our dinner more."

"It is a newer hotel in town and near the station, a good option if you are not driving. Car park is free if you are driving and there are quite a number of lots which is on-site. The castle park, shopping street and historical temples are within walkable distance for sightseeing. As one of the few high-rise structures here, you can get quite a nice view of the town too. The hotel is part of the Route Inn chain, rooms are pretty standard and has everything you need, there is also a hot bath area. Breakfast is okay with a couple of regional items : it can get crowded in the early hours on peak travel period."

"Things I liked: Close to the station. Spacious smoking area in the parking lot. Clean. There are supermarkets, drugstores, and more near the hotel than just convenience stores. Things I was concerned about: The building is a bit old, and when someone opens a door, the airflow causes my room door to shake. The walls seem thin, as I can faintly hear sounds from the next room. The air conditioner is a bit old. It would have been nice to have a humidifier."
