The hotel owner was very helpful and always assisted us whenever we asked for advice. The small hotel provided a peaceful environment, and the beach area was a reasonably short distance away, which could also be reached by a local bus if you didn't feel like walking and admiring the mountain scenery. Parking the car within the fenced area was also a significant advantage.

We had a great experience. Our host was wonderful and helpful! Very helpful using Google translate too. Was able to get us booked for a trip to Capri and $1 city bus to the port. It was no issue for us. The hotel is gated which made having a rental car feel safe. The area around the hotel felt safe anyway. The town is an easy drive into or 30 min walk. The hotel offers a light breakfast and the owners cappuccino is delicious! If you’re looking for an authentic Italian feel stay, this is a great place for that! The city is a great middle point to other places too

Good room - Excellent breakfast - Comfortable/ Safe parking. A real sample of southerner hospitality. Owner (Mr. Salvatore ) always prepared to assist customers in every sense. Last day has offered an informal albeit warm farewell to two Italian couples and ourselves

Mini Hotel Iris is a very familiar place. Salvatore is always there to help. You can get bikes to reach the small towns along Amalfi coast. The breakfast is fine, with fresh fruits every day. We enjoyed our stay and think, that the hotel is worth its costs.

The hotel room was very nice and spacious family run. Breakfast were nice and the staff was helpful. They charged me daily to have snacks in the mini bar but didn't have any snacks I could buy. They also changed the price when I booked it before they would confirm. Then they helped me rent a scooter but charged a 30 dollar fee for just calling the scooter company for me. Then they charged me for parking I would have parked outside if I knew. They helped me with getting a shuttle to the airport but told me a different price than it actually was. Owner a little shady I was charged 69 Euros at checkout all I had was a couple waters and one small wine beverage.

The hotel is small but cozy. The rooms were cleaned every day and the towels were changed. The hotel is a 30 minutes walk from the city centre. There is a bus station near (but the public transport on Amalfi coast is not the best...). If you have a car, they have a secure, private parking. But due to the vegetation around, our car was full of ants. The hosts are very nice and kind.

Abbiamo soggiorno in questa struttura ad agosto. Ad accoglierci e guidarci Salvatore, anima della struttura, sempre pronto a consigliarti sulle gite e posti per mangiare oltre che a soddisfare ogni richiesta. L’hotel è molto curato e ben pulito così come le stanze. Le colazioni ottime. La posizione è strategica se vuoi usare la macchina perché é fuori dal centro, ma se vuoi muoverti con i mezzi, dista circa 20 minuti a piedi dal mare quindi sarebbe utile avere a disposizione delle biciclette per non usare sempre il bus navetta.
