Very suitable for short stays, such as business trips. The location is good (central), but not perfect, as it's a 10-15 minute walk from the train station.
Staff is so-so, but at least they try hard.
Room is very small, but nice. There's no desk, which is a clear disadvantage for business travelers.
The breakfast is actually quite good, but unfortunately, they've drastically increased their prices in the last few months. By 70%, from €10 to €17! That's steep. If you book spontaneously in the morning, it's even €19. I find that almost cheeky.

The accommodation itself was quite good, clean and about 10 minutes walk from the main train station.
Breakfast included sausage, eggs etc. and a pancake machine. You have to register for this though and the staff there were somewhat untrained or they argued a bit "for fun"... The hotel cannot issue an invoice for Trip.com bookings.
