There is basically no service to speak of. There is a girl at the front desk who is not proficient in business and has a very bad attitude. She rolled her eyes directly and was very speechless. . Overall, it is clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is monotonous.

Very suitable for short stays, such as business trips. The location is good (central), but not perfect, as it's a 10-15 minute walk from the train station.
Staff is so-so, but at least they try hard.
Room is very small, but nice. There's no desk, which is a clear disadvantage for business travelers.
The breakfast is actually quite good, but unfortunately, they've drastically increased their prices in the last few months. By 70%, from €10 to €17! That's steep. If you book spontaneously in the morning, it's even €19. I find that almost cheeky.
