En toppen fin hotell, vänliga receptionister med bra service. God och variationrik mat dock servicen saknas helt och ovänliga restaurangpersonal.

We’re on our last day at the hotel getting picked up later on today to head home. The hotel is really lovely, we stayed in a standard family room with city view. The room are very spacious clean and well equipped. Although the hairdryer is not very powerful. We would have like a room with pool view but the city view rooms get some amazing sunsets. The staff are absolutely amazing, so helpful caring and attentive. With waiter services to sun loungers all day There is always activity on during the day and other than one member of the entertainment team they aren’t too pushy either. The pool is lovely and unlike lots of other hotels the water is cool rather than icy. The beach is lovely but there can be rubbish wash in off the sea. The surrounding area is not very clean and as much as the hotel tries rubbish can wash along. The water sport are very reasonably priced and the kids loved them. The gardens are perfect and very well kept. We done quad biking that was good, but again the rubbish and amount of plastic were crazy. The quads were good and the salt lake flats were beautiful but it was very controlled. The food was lovely - much better quality than lots of others but did become very samey. The hotel overall was lovely and would say it was a really good 4 star hotel. Although I feel 5 stars is pushing it. There is nowhere to shower and get changed before leaving meaning showering in the public pool showers and finding a toilet to get changed in, I’ve alway been offered showers in a spa on previous holidays and the reception staff are a little bit rude.

Came on the 26/04 for 5 nights and this is an honest review written now im back home. Transfer: was a bit long but guess that isn’t the hotels fault, I’ve had longer transfers so this wasn’t bad for me. Room: I had the room facing the street and think it is a bit obvious there will be a bit of noise from cars and motorbikes, but I didn’t have an issue with it. Bed was so comfy I’d fall asleep straight away. I had one issue with my room, the bath plug got stuck but we called reception and they sent someone up straight away and it was fixed Room was clean and the cleaning lady was lovely. Food: food was fine to me obviously there were some things I didn’t like, but that’s normal. Ended up with a full plate anyways. I didn’t have dessert but my cousins did and really enjoyed it. Only issue was the water machine wasn’t working but the workers would get me some. Workers: canteen workers were very polite. Bartenders inside/outside and lifeguards were amazing and so friendly, loved them, couldn’t have been better. Excursion people were nice and helpful, we did end up doing two excursions. All spoke amazing English, I was actually surprised as in my past hotels I found it hard to communicate. Nightclub: was ashamed it wasn’t open but they did explain it’s only opened during summer. They did have this thing where they’d take a group of people to a nightclub in the city. Activities: they had many day time activities going on such as Zumba, darts, water sports ect. But and my cousins didn’t end up doing any as we just wanted to chill. Beach: beach was beautiful, water was nice. Pools: amazing, they were very clean, outdoor pools were not heated at all so was very cold but once you’re in it’s fine. Indoor pool was really nice and very warm. Toilets: inside/outside they were clean, no issues there. There were toilets everywhere which was very necessary. Even a toilet near the beach gate. If ur a cat lover, this hotel is perfect. Saw so many cats and one little cat even sat on me. I didn’t move till it went. But if you don’t pay them attention they won’t come to you. And only saw them at night. I have been to many hotels in the past and this was one of my favourites, even though I didn’t end up doing much. Me and my cousin are planning to come back one day.
