En toppen fin hotell, vänliga receptionister med bra service. God och variationrik mat dock servicen saknas helt och ovänliga restaurangpersonal.

I like stay in this hotel , just service is too bad , they not care about customer what he want and what he need , even for room is not so clean and no have sleepers, i feel so disappointed for this case i wish next time they can care more about their customer, price is too high but service is too bed and cheap

Not that good as on comments and reviews. When we arrived, our room was not ready at the 3 pm check-in time. No one from reception offered us beach towels while we waited. The gentleman with glasses at the reception desk began ignoring us when we asked about our room, and we finally received a key only around 5 pm. When we entered the room, the safe was locked, the phone didn’t work, and the minibar cabinet door hinges were broken. This hotel is far from being a 5-star property. When we booked, it was advertised as having a nightclub, but it was closed. There are not four restaurants as advertised! In reality, there is just a buffet, a snack bar, and a combined Italian/Tunisian restaurant—but there is no menu, the food is all from the buffet in restaurant. But to reserve the restaurant you need to stay at least 10night. The food itself was disappointing; on the first day, our kids got diarrhea and stomach pain. No sparkling drinks were available at breakfast, and no coffee was served during lunch or dinner—you had to walk to the bar yourself. Very disappointing. There were no proper glasses for children, so they had to drink water from wine glasses in the buffet and restaurant. The cutlery was old and unpleasant to use. The minibar was empty—no juice, no drinks at all. Just sparkling and water bottle on top of the cabinet. During entertainment activities, staff members were smoking near children. The evening entertainment was very limited: kids’ disco at 8:30 pm, then an adults’ show from 9:30 to 10:30 pm, and nothing afterwards. The entertainment team wasn’t guest-friendly. One member, who introduced himself as Mario, seemed lazy—during archery he spent the time on his phone and ignored guests. Another staff member ( who wore pink hat with bear ears) sold us raffle tickets for 15 dinars—we gave him 25 dinars and never received change. It wasn’t about the money, but about respect. Aqua arrebic nice with Dzo! The same music was played every day—it quickly became annoying. I was missing more information about entertainment for kids and for adults no leaflets nothing, reception team told ask entertainment team for more info. I came to this hotel for HOLIDAY NOT TO RUN AFTER ENTERTAINMENT TEAM TO FIND OUT WHATS and WHERE WILL BE TO ATTEND! No one offer to try kids club and inform about kids entertainment. Sad. Pool beds were always reserved very early in the morning. If you arrived after breakfast, there was no chance to find a spot. I had to wake up at 5:30 am just to put towels on pool beds. The rooms are nothing like advertised. They do not feature elegant décor or modern amenities—quite the opposite. The décor is outdated, and there were no slippers, bathrobes, or hair conditioner provided. The furniture was old. The hairdryer overheated so badly I couldn’t even finish drying my hair. lovely hotel, so friendly the workers, so clean, very spacious bedrooms, great pool, downside it’s freezing when getting in, even with the sun reflecting on it but you get use too it.. food is really nice, lots of options my kids loved the spaghetti bolognese. Lots of desserts choose from, waiters so friendly don’t get enough credit. Excursions we did the camel ride and wouldn’t do again they say all this crap to get you go and you don’t get what you pay for at all. Cleaners are so nice leave little displays for us kids love it. I’d recommend this hotel. Glad we swapped hotels now. Have a kids club, have kids camp were you can go and play, entertainment not so bad, Beach is so nice!

We had a wonderful time at the Iberostar El Mansour in Tunisia. The staff were incredibly friendly and always made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was always fresh and absolutely delicious! The activities, especially the aqua gym, archery were so much fun big thanks to the amazing animation team, especially Ramos and Mario, for keeping everyone entertained. The reception team was very helpful and attentive special thanks to Mohamed for his assistance. The beach was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the waiters were extremely attentive and polite. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we can’t wait to come back!
