"Our experience was overall okay. The beginning of our stay was not the best, but the hotel did make an effort to improve things later on. We were initially given a very poor room, even though we had paid for a better category. After complaining a few times at reception, we were eventually moved to a room that was much more in line with what we had actually paid for. The organisation regarding the rooms definitely has room for improvement. The reception manager was clearly trying to keep everything under control and improve the situation, which we appreciated. The entertainment and animation team, however, work constantly and really do their best to improve the experience for all guests. Huge respect for their energy and effort! Ciccio, Marika, SuSu, Bob and the rest of the team — thank you guys! Regarding the service, I think the hotel should consider increasing the number of staff or, at the very least, improving their working conditions. For example, the staff preparing pizza and fries outside work in extremely hot conditions without proper ventilation or air conditioning. The waiters are genuinely doing their best and are generally friendly and smiling, even when they are extremely busy. There is almost constantly a queue at the bar, so I believe additional staff would make a big difference. The mini club also felt a little neglected. The programme seemed quite limited, and there did not seem to be enough focus or activities for children. The mini club itself was also extremely hot, which made it difficult for children to spend much time there. The food was average, but overall okay. In general, thank you to all the staff for their efforts. Despite the issues at the beginning, our overall experience improved, and we appreciate the people who genuinely tried to make our stay better."

"Location is far from the center on foot. The hotel is quite a distance from Mahdia’s old town and main attractions – not walkable if you’re expecting a quick stroll to the medina or beachfront restaurants. Cleanliness is below average. Don’t go with high expectations. While cleaning is done daily, the materials used (bed linens, towels, furniture) are old, stained, and often feel unclean. Not recommended for solo female travelers or groups of women. The entire staff engages in staring and verbal harassment – it’s constant and uncomfortable. Other guests’ behavior is ignored by management. Safety and respect are serious concerns here. Overall: outdated, unclean, and unsafe for women. Only consider if you’re on a very tight budget and traveling with a male companion. Otherwise, look elsewhere."
