Service is good and always available. Overall good. I can give 4.8/5 just by considering limited parking space. But they managed car parking well when I asked.

Outer area. The rooms are clean and good but the staff's behaviour is not good.
TV not working.
hot water is not a regular thing.
for FOOD we have to walk atleast 650meters

The property is far away from centre. No neatness. Ants are there. Ac is under repair. Mosquitoes are there. Very small rooms. The surrounding areas is very dirty with drainage. No restaurants nearby. Ola uber autos or cabs demand huge amount. They don't respond even. As per the cost it is ok

Just 4 kms from meenakshi temple, it's really good in terms of cleanliness and has very supportive staff. No major cons.
